Cleanr Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cleanr. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our website.

1. Ownership and Payment

Ownership of all goods remains vested in Cleanr until full payment has been received.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability and receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery times range from 1-3 days within major areas (Gauteng, Durban, Bloemfontein, etc.) and up to 7 days for other regions.
  • Free delivery is available for orders over R3,000. A delivery fee of R120 applies to orders below this amount.
  • Cleanr is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in unused, resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Customized products, mounted/assembled items, or items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for assistance with returns.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for opened or used items.

4. Warranty

  • All products sold by Cleanr carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranties do not apply to products that are physically damaged, improperly installed, or misused.
  • Any defective items under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled if they are still in processing. A 10% handling fee may apply if costs have been incurred by Cleanr.
  • If payment has already been made and the order is canceled or rejected, Cleanr will refund the customer within 7 days of cancellation.

6. Privacy

Cleanr respects your privacy. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and enhancing your shopping experience. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Use of Website

  • By using this website, you agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

8. Errors and Inaccuracies

Cleanr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays in shipping or product defects.
