1 Ownership and Payment

Ownership of all goods remains vested in Olympic Cleaning Solutions PTY Ltd (trading as MyZoflora) until full payment has been received.

2 Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability and receipt of payment.
• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Delivery times range from 1–3 days within major areas (Gauteng, Durban, Bloemfontein, etc.) and up to 7 days for other regions.
• Free delivery is available for orders over R1000. A delivery fee of R99 applies to orders below this amount.
• MyZoflora is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.

3 Returns and Exchanges

• Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in unused, resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Customized products, mounted/assembled items, or items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for assistance with returns.
• A restocking fee of 10% may apply for opened or used items.

4 Warranty

• All products sold by MyZoflora carry the full manufacturer's warranty.
• Warranties do not apply to products that are physically damaged, improperly installed, or misused.
• Any defective items under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.

5 Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled if they are still in processing. A 10% handling fee may apply if costs have been incurred by MyZoflora.
• If payment has already been made and the order is canceled or rejected, MyZoflora will refund the customer within 7 days of cancellation.

6 Privacy

MyZoflora respects your privacy. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and enhancing your shopping experience. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7 Promotions and Free Gifts

• From time to time, MyZoflora may run promotional campaigns that include free gifts.
• Only one free gift is permitted per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
• Free gifts are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
