Cleanr Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping & Returns
Ownership of all goods supplied remains vested in Cleanr until payment is made in full.
Shipping
- Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days from confirmation of the order, subject to stock availability and receipt of payment.
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, including any applicable tracking information.
- All items purchased from Cleanr are subject to agreements with shipping and delivery agents. Once your item is delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers from Cleanr to the shipping agent.
We use major couriers for “Door-to-Door” deliveries, and may select different couriers depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
- Free delivery for orders over R3,000.
- A delivery fee of R120 applies to orders below R3,000.
- We strive to reflect the most accurate delivery charges.
Delivery Time
- For locations in Gauteng, Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, and surrounding areas, delivery time is 1-3 days after purchase.
- For other regions, delivery may take 1-7 days.
Note: Cleanr will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Warranty
- All products are sourced through official importers and carry full manufacturer warranties.
- We do not sell grey imports.
- Defective products under warranty will be sent to the relevant supplier or official service center for repair or replacement.
- Warranties are not valid for products physically damaged, struck by lightning, incorrectly installed, or misused in any way.
Offer to Purchase
- Selecting and paying for goods is considered an offer to purchase from Cleanr.
- Cleanr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any offer, even if payment has been made.
- A sale is finalized once the goods are shipped or delivered to the customer.
- In the case of rejected offers where payment has already been made, Cleanr will issue a full refund within 7 days from cancellation.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, there may be errors or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or shipping details on our site. Cleanr reserves the right to correct these without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations on pending orders. However, if costs have already been incurred, these will be passed on to the customer. Orders cancelled during processing will be subject to a 10% handling fee.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition with original packaging, accessories, and instructions.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured for the full value.
- Items used or damaged, or returns missing promotional items, will not be accepted.
- Returns missing promotional items will have the value of the missing items deducted from the refund or exchange credit.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Special orders, including promotional and corporate gifts.
- Items that have been mounted or assembled.
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fee applies for unopened, unused items returned within 7 days.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to opened or used items.
- We reserve the right to charge up to 20% for returns outside of policy guidelines or for high-value items.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items within 7 days if they are NEW and meet the return conditions. Please follow our Return and Exchange Instructions to initiate the process.
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
- Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
- If you notice visible damage or missing items, refuse the package and contact us within 3 business days.
- If an item arrives damaged, Cleanr will initiate a claim with the carrier. A replacement will be sent once the claim is finalized.
- Do not discard packaging, as it may be required for the claim process.
