At MyZoflora, we keep our pricing incredibly low—so we don't build delivery costs into product prices. That said, we offer transparent, fair shipping fees, and a few great perks too:

Flat R99 delivery fee nationwide for orders under R1000

⏱️ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation and payment, depending on stock availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

📦 Delivery Times

  • Gauteng, Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit: 1–3 days
  • Other regions: 1–7 days

Please note: Delays due to couriers or unforeseen events are outside our control, but we'll always assist where possible.

🛡️ Shipping Risk

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers from MyZoflora to the delivery agent.

Warranty & Product Guarantee

All products are sourced from official suppliers and include full manufacturer warranties.

  • We do not sell grey imports.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or physical damage are not covered.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery—subject to these conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Returns must include all original accessories and manuals.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and must be fully insured.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Special bulk/corporate gift orders
  • Items that have been mounted, installed, or assembled

💰 Restocking Fees

  • No fee for new, sealed items returned within 7 days.
  • 10% fee for opened or used items.
  • Up to 20% fee for exceptions or high-value items outside the standard policy.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Pending orders may be cancelled. If processing has begun, a 10% handling fee may apply.

📋 Damaged or Lost Deliveries

  • Inspect your order on arrival.
  • Report visible damage within 3 business days.
  • Keep packaging intact for claims.
  • We will replace items once a claim with the courier is finalized.

Ownership of goods remains with Olympic Cleaning Solutions PTY Ltd (trading as MyZoflora) until payment is made in full.

Errors or inaccuracies on product listings or pricing may be corrected without prior notice, even after orders are placed.
